Many people who I have spoken to regarding weightloss or improving health, have all said they needed inspiration to continue.
Inspiration comes from within, motivation will help, but you yourself have to become inspired.
It's also great to have a group of people, a network to help you achieve your goals. Start by being accountable, tell your nearest and dearest your desires, let them hold you accountable to achieving what you waid you would set out to achieve.
Track your actions and achievements - break your goals down into bite sized chunks and tick of each milestone as you reach it.
Now this lady in the video below has been an inspiration to me especially as she started out her fitness regime in her 50's. She wanted to improve her health initially, and now she inspires and teaches ladies 50 and over how to be their best self.
Today's very inspirational video shows that no matter your age it is never late to start to look after your health.
