Reading Time: 2 minutes

Welcome to 2022!

Congratulate yourself for getting through 2021. For some of us it has been a tough year. Loss of loved ones, loss of health, loss of jobs or employment. I do not take each day for granted, life as a way of changing like the wind.

In December, you should have taken time to reflect on the things you accoplshed that you were proud of in 2021, the things you achieved and also look at what distrated you, what could you have done better?

Taking these in hand, we will now look forward to 2022.

For me, there was lots of distractions in 2021, Distracted by my health, and some loss of sight, with that I also seemed to lose my vision of who I was, where I was going. This can happen to us from time to time. If like me, you lost your way in 2021, then 2022 is YOUR time to SHINE!

So I was shown a WORD for ME, for 2022 and it seems to be the epitomy of what it is that I wish to achieve. I weill reveal my word later.

Now I want you to meditate on what your WORD for 2022 will be, a word that will lead your FOCUS and be a big part of your WHY. One that will remind you when you are in the valleys, when you are struggling, what is waiting for you on the mountin top.

Shut your eyes, rake 6 DEEP breathes, slowlly, and begin to delve deep into your quiet space... you found it yet?

LISTEN to what words are coming through to you. Then open your eyes and write it down.

Look at it, feel for it, rejoice in it and write down how this will impact your year, what will you do with this WORD in 2022.

So, i did the above and asked what word would be my theme for 2022, and EXPANSION is what came back.

Yes it is a time to expand my thinking, my mindset, my knowledge, my connections, my opportunities,my growth online, in business, my financials, my health outcomes and my reach in helping others to EXPAND also. This was a huge word, and has many expectations. I embrace it and look forward to 2022.
