Welcome To Our Week of Detox

So the Holiday Season is well and truly over. You should have gotten rid of all the extra food and sweet tooth goodies you bought for the 2 days of the festive season, or it seemed more like 2 weeks…

Today we start our 7 days detox so here are the foods which you will need to start removing from this weeks menu.

Carbs

Fizzy Drinks

Red Meats

Alcohol

Caffeine

Processed foods, flour, cakes and biscuits

Mind Your Thinking

Next we have to look at our mindset to get us through this week properly and to also get ourselves ready for the next 90 days ahead.

So I want you to get a book or a journal and write down the answer to these questions.

So I want you all to think about what your fitness goal is?

What is your goal weight?

What is your goal dress size?

By when will you achieve these?

Why do you want to be at this goal weight or goal dress size?

What are the distractions that will hinder you from reaching your goal?

Who can you rely on to be your accountability partner to help keep you on track?
