What is the meaning of Consistent
So according to the dictionary here is the explanation of the word
acting or done in the same way over time, especially so as to be fair or accurate.
It is an action that is done repeatedly over time. And that is the key something that is done repeatedly, becomes a habit, so consistency is about creating a habit out of doing something that you want to improve upon,
so let’s look at some areas where definite improvements can work by creating consistency of new actions and habits.
if you want to improve your health, then you need to make changes and be consistent with the new things that you are bringing into your life.
This could be healthier eating, look at ways you can make small changes every day to your eating habits, it could be that you cut out fast food one day, fizzy drinks another day, sugar another day et cetera you get the gist.
As part of improving your health, you may want to look at your exercise routine, are you doing it regularly and consistently for example two times a week, three times a week ? What ever area you want to improve write it down make small changes.
If you need to, get the help of a personal trainer, or a nutritionist, or a coach who would help you with accountability and to help you keep on track.
If you Are thinking about changing career, what are the steps you need to take? Have you made the changes to your resume, are you applying for roles in that field consistently, are you reaching out to people and networking to work towards that change. Do you need to to go back to studying and requalify if you’re changing direction?
