I love this reipe especially as it has such a unique taste....

You can have this for breakfast or for lunch or even for a quick snack.

If you are looking to lose weight then start by replacing 2 meals a day with a meal replacement such as FORM, and have 1 healthy meal, but make sure you portion size your plate.

If you are looking to build muscle, then you need to drink these FORM meal replacements as a dessert after your breakfast, lunch and dinner, until you get to the desired build then reduce the amount of protein smoothies you drink. You can also drink them after your workout to help the muscle glycogen repair itself effectively.

If you are just looking to maintain your weight then just replace 1 meal a day with FORM , or use it as a snack.


Half a cup of frozen raspberries

One sachet of mango PURE

Half a cup of almond milk
Half a cup of water

ADD some ice if you want it to thicken up a bit. Then put it in the blender and serve
