I found this recipe on the web, it is so easy to make and is keto friendly. I added some of our FORM plant protein to this to give you added protein and keep you fuller longer.
All you need is the following ingredients:
Almond Flour - 1 tablespoon
Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of honey, or sweetner or choice
dash of nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
1/2 scoop FORM
1 egg
Add all these ingredients into a mug then stir ir around till smooth, then you can put this in the microwave for 1 minute that is is.
The turn the cup upside down and cut into bite size pieces and add topping of your choice.
