Christmas Over, Let's Get You Back on Track with Your Health Goals

We are fast approaching end of the year and many of us need to think about our health and getting back on track after all those goodies we had over the holidays....

I love Christmas, but it should come with a health warning....  You eat and eat and eat, all the wrong foods, and seemingly with no limit at all. 

I love food, I love Cheese, I love wine.... all these things are not great for keeping my figure on point, so starting January its got to go..... 

I will be starting January 2nd with a 5 day detox and 30 day healthy eating and exercising regime.  

Here are a few things I am doing to help me get on track, I hope it helps you too...

  • Cut out sweets and chocolate
  • Reduce Alcohol intake to one glass a day....
  • Drink more water
  • Start on a one smoothie a day habit
  • Walk at least 3 miles a day minimum or exercise 30 minutes a day for 3 days of the week
